Mr. Adkins has 30 years experience as a Professional Geologist in the development, management and due diligence of a wide range of geologic and hydrogeologic projects nationwide and Puerto Rico. He possesses a wide range of experience in project management for hydrogeologic and environmental acquisition due diligence, permitting for construction of industrial and commercial facilities, investigation, assessment and remediation of impacted hydrogeologic systems, groundwater resources development and coal mine reclamation. Mr. Adkins primary area of expertise is site selection, permitting, design, construction operation and closure of landfills.
